BIO:

Dr. Liliana Meneses is currently an Associate Professor and Assistant Director of the Global Business and the Human Resources program at the University of Maryland University College. She has also taught at George Washington University, George Mason University and worked as a school administrator for an international school overseas. She has worked as a consultant in organizational change and development, as well as developed a graduate Global Leadership certificate which is being offered in Washington DC, Prague, Budapest, Chile, Hong Kong and Singapore. She holds a Master’s degree in International Education and a doctorate in Human and Organizational Studies. Dr. Meneses’ research interests are around the fields of cross-cultural competencies and global leadership, and she has previously worked and taught in South America, Asia and Europe. Publications and presentations include  Pathways of Internationally Raised Children, at the Families in Global Transition Conference, Identity Development in Multicultural Settings at the Diversity Conference at Johns Hopkins University and Leadership in Complex Educational Systems at the Conference on Complexity, The George Washington University. She has trained at the Interchange Institute and offers training and counseling for expatriates and their families.
